An Ultra Marathon, also called ultra-distance or ultra-running, is any footrace longer than the traditional marathon length of 42.195 kilometers (26.219 miles).

Yes. We do have tie-ups with the above-listed hotels.

No. You cannot transfer your Bib Number under any circumstances. If you do so your Bib Number will be liable for disqualification.

In the event of cancellation of registration, the race fees will not be refunded. Bibs cannot be transferred from one runner to another.

Even if you cancel due to injury (even with a doctor's note), we regret to inform that the entry fees will not be refunded. Bibs cannot be transferred from one runner to another.

No. Once a participant has registered for a particular category, he/she will have to run in the same category and no further changes can be made.


There will be no time limit for completion of the Ultra Marathon distance.

Yes, the race is certified by AFI (Athletics Federation of India), AIMS (The Association of International Marathons) and Distance Races and IAU (International Association of Ultra runners).

Should be collected in person at the Expo, organized one day prior to the Race, from 10 am to 6 pm. The detailed address will be updated by text messages. Bibs will be issued only on the submission of health certificate, AFI consent form and negative RT-PCR COVID-19 test results. Test result must not be older than 3 December 2021 i.e., sample collection not before 2 December 2021.

If you misplace the bib, intimate us immediately. A non-personalized bib will be issued at extra cost.

You will not be allowed to participate in the race.

Yes. There will be qualified Physios on route.

Yes. There will be well-equipped ambulance available on the route to take care of the medical emergencies.

Yes. A number of toilets are available at the start/ finish line. Toilets are also located on the course.

Yes. They will be available till the last runner is on the route.

B - Post Race Information:

Yes, it's mandatory to produce a Pan card and other government issued ID's if required.

Shuttle services will be made available.

Provisional timings will be provided by SMS Alerts. E- Certificates will be available online within 10 working days.

30% will be deducted from the prize money under Income tax Section 194B.
